1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BlockBar Network, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, do not use our services. Your continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

• Each player is responsible for their account and all activity performed on it.
• Do not share your account or allow others to access it. Account sharing may result in a permanent ban.
• BlockBar Network is not responsible for lost, hacked, or compromised accounts.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services (or have parental permission).

3. Gameplay Rules

• No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs. This includes killaura, x-ray, fly hacks, autoclickers, or any third-party mods giving unfair advantages.
• Harassment, bullying, racism, sexism, or discrimination of other players is strictly prohibited.
• Do not spam, flood chat, or advertise other servers or external content without explicit permission from staff.
• Respect all staff members and follow their instructions. Arguing with staff can lead to additional punishments.

4. Purchases & Ranks

• All in-game purchases (coins, cosmetics, ranks, or any virtual goods) are final. BlockBar Network does not offer refunds unless required by law.
• Ranks provide cosmetic or convenience features only and do not give unfair gameplay advantages in competitive modes.
• Purchases are linked to your Minecraft account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any purchased content if necessary (e.g., bugs, balance issues).
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and removal of purchased items.

5. Content Guidelines

• Do not upload, share, or create offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content (skins, builds, names, chat messages).
• All user-generated content (including builds, chat logs, usernames) may be moderated or removed if it violates our rules.
• By using our services, you grant BlockBar Network permission to display and use your content for promotional purposes.

6. Appeals & Support

For bans, mutes, or other punishments, you can appeal by creating a ticket in our Discord server. Provide honest and detailed information. Appeals are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours.

Note: Creating multiple appeals for the same punishment may result in automatic denial.

7. Liability

• BlockBar Network is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any lost progress, items, ranks, or account issues due to server errors, resets, or maintenance.
• Use the server at your own risk. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free gameplay.
• In no event shall BlockBar Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
