1. General Refund Policy

At BlockBar Network, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital goods (ranks, coins, cosmetics) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of BlockBar Network staff
  • Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in permanent account suspension

Important: Filing a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first will result in an immediate ban and removal of all purchased items.

2. When Refunds MAY Be Issued

We may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same rank twice
  • Technical error: If you did not receive your purchased item after 24 hours
  • Accidental purchase: If a child made an unauthorized purchase (with proof)
  • Server issues: Extended downtime that prevented use of purchased features

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Issued

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse"
  • Purchases made on the wrong account
  • Being banned for rule violations (you lose access to purchased items)
  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., Minecraft client problems)
  • Purchases older than 14 days
  • Partial refunds for ranks you've already used for weeks/months

Note: If you are banned for cheating or other rule violations, you forfeit all purchased items and are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Information

Include your Minecraft username, transaction ID (from Tebex/PayPal), purchase date, and reason for refund

Staff Review

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Resolution

If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method (may take 5-10 business days)

5. Payment Processor (Tebex)

All payments are processed securely through Tebex. By making a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's terms and privacy policy. In some cases, refunds may be handled directly by Tebex according to their policies.

BlockBar Network never stores your full credit card details. All payment information is handled by Tebex's secure systems.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All purchased ranks and items will be removed
  • Your IP and UUID may be blacklisted
  • You may be permanently banned from all BlockBar services

Always contact us first! We're reasonable and will work with you to resolve any issues.

7. Gifted Purchases

If you purchased a rank as a gift for another player, refunds must be requested by the original purchaser. The recipient cannot request a refund for gifted items.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
